Maxspect Nano Tech Phosphree 500 ml

Maxspect Nano-Tech Phosphree is a chemically stable polymer resin that does not release metal ions into the water column, unlike metal-based sorbents.

Granular ferric oxide, or GFO, not only clouds the water when used, but also allows small black particles to spread throughout the main aquarium. In comparison, Nano-Tech Phosphree keeps your aquarium water clear and limpid.

Furthermore, rapid phosphate reduction in the water column could stress corals and, in the worst case, lead to Rapid Tissue Necrosis or RTN.

Nano-Tech Phosphree is specially designed to absorb phosphate at a much slower rate compared to other metal-based sorbents, allowing corals to become accustomed to phosphate reduction in the water column.

Instructions for use

Put Maxspect Nano-Tech Phosphree into a textile filter bag for filter media.

Don't overfill the mesh bag, leave 25-30% space for the resin to swell, as it [...]

Instructions for use

Put Maxspect Nano-Tech Phosphree into a textile filter bag for filter media.

Don't overfill the mesh bag, leave 25-30% space for the resin to swell, as it will increase in volume once submerged in water.

For maximum absorption efficiency, place the bag with the resin in the sump in an area with medium to strong flow.

For maximum shelf life after opening the can lid, the resin must be kept moist. To do this, periodically spray a little RO distilled water into the can.
