The brand new highly sensitive dual square optical sensor for water level detection dramatically reduces lag time, allowing for even more accuracy each time the system automatically tops up the water! In addition, the sensor is extremely compact and has no moving parts that could fail.

Extremely compact

The optical sensor is magnetically coupled with a magnet just 6.35mm thick. It can be mounted on most clear, stained or painted surfaces up to 12.7mm thick. The sensor works day or night, making it safe to use when placed inside your aquarium cabinet or in the rear compartments of an all-in-one aquarium

Fill optimization

The AQUA-Lifter pump is an interchangeable, silent and highly efficient diaphragm pump that adds water gradually to precisely reach the desired level, thus reducing the stress on the ecosystem in the aquarium. It has an integrated anti-siphon valve to prevent forward siphoning. Compared to submersible pumps, diaphragm pumps have the advantage of operating safely without being submerged, which means there are no cables in the water.

Efficient, reliable and well designed

The AQUA Lifter pump stand can be installed on aquariums with or without a rim, depending on the configuration of the tank. It can also easily be attached with a screw or nail to your aquarium cabinet or stand to reduce pump vibration.

Easy setup

The silicone seal helps to reduce noise and vibration during operation of the AQUA Lifter pump. Also, to avoid any installation error, the water inlet and outlet symbols are clearly indicated.

Small, but very powerful!

Level sensing is enhanced by the use of patented dual optical sensing technology, which greatly reduces the chance of false sensing due to water droplets. This therefore reduces specific failures such as overfilling and dry running of the pump.

The Smart ATO Lifter uses the QST for real-time protection against any failure situation. The QST can detect sensor, controller and empty tank malfunction. The Smart ATO Lifter emits an audible and visual alert at any time when it notices that a filling time is 6 times longer than the 1st filling. For example, if the 1st fill time was 10 sec. then the controller will issue an alert when a fill is longer than 60 seconds.
