ESHA PRO-PHYLL: Complete nutrients for lush vegetation
ESHA PRO-PHYLL is a highly comparable liquid fertilizer by plants (leaves and roots). Designed for thepure water, it corrects deficiencies, prevents the exhaustion of nutrients and promotes rapid growth, intense colors and well-trained leaves. Perfect for bins densely planted as for young plantations.

When to use it?
Use Pro-phyll Regularly to maintain a constant level of nutrients, especially if you observe: slowed growth, pale leaves (lack of chlorophyll), fine leaves / pasty, new shots or plants to rapid growth (eg ex. Vallisneria, Cabomba, Hygrophila / nomaphila).
Instructions for use (summary)
- Frequency : weekly or, better, daily After the change of water.
- Measurement : 20 drops = 1 ml. Calculate on the net BAC.
- Filtration : Let the filter turn, but remove the media adsorbents (new coal, resins, UV) during the dosage.
- Overdose : Avoid it; In case of accidental excess, the product remains non-toxic under normal conditions.

For optimal results, ensure a adapted lightinga good Co2 (if necessary) and a water circulation homogeneous. In a very decorated bin (stones / wood in large quantities) or with Oversized external filtration, adjust the dose (slight drop or increase depending on the case).

What is pro-phyll for?

Does pro-phyll promote algae?
No, pro-phyll is guaranteed without nitrates. It does not therefore stimulate the proliferation of algae and can be used safely in planted aquariums.
Can I use pro-phyll with my fish and shrimp?
Yes, pro-phyll is perfectly tolerated by fish, shrimps, snails and biological filters. It is designed to be sure for all the inhabitants of the freshwater aquarium.
Should I stop filtration during treatment?
You can continue to filter with sand, gravel or filter wool. Simply remove the chemical filter masses (fresh activated carbon, resins, UV, oxidants) because they can reduce the efficiency of the product.
How to dose pro-phyll?
It is recommended to administer a weekly dose, or more daily, pro-phyll after a change of water. Count 20 drops for 1 ml. Use the ESHA dosing calculator to determine the exact amount adapted to your aquarium.
Can I combine pro-phyll with other products?
Pro-Phyll is compatible with all ESHA freshwater products, including crypto-plus and ESHA optima for optimal results. On the other hand, it should not be mixed with other brands products, unless explicitly indicated by the manufacturer.
