The GiesemannT5 Powerchrome Super Purple 39W Tube is a high-performance lamp designed to provide optimal illumination for reef aquariums. With its perfectly balanced white-violet spectrum, it intensifies the red and purple shades of the corals while highlighting the natural shine of the fish.

A spectrum specially designed for reefs

Tests carried out by Giesemann have shown that after only two to three weeks of use, LPS and SPS corals develop brighter and deeper colors, especially in pink, purple and red tones. This tube acts as an ideal complement to the Powerchrome Aquablue Coral and Powerchrome Aquablue Azur models, or in combination with the Megachrome HQI bulbs.

For the best look, combine Super Purple with a white-blue tube (Aquablue Coral) or a deep blue tube (Aquablue Azur). This mixture of spectra creates a natural visual rendering and stimulates the photosynthesis of zooxanthellae, thus promoting coral growth and coloration.

⚠️ Replace your T5 tubes every 9 to 12 months to maintain an optimal light spectrum. Product compatible with T5 electronic ballast – not for use on T8.
