Delivery and Returns
Shipping
We ship worldwide! Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receiving your payment. Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide with a link that lets you track the online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.
You also have the option to pick up your order at our store, shipping costs are then free! Then contact us to make an appointment and pick up your order (department 67).
Returns
You may return all or part of your order without any reason within 14 days of receipt of your package. Returned items will be refunded, shipping included if it is a complete command. The return costs are at your expense against.
The repayment of your articles will be made after consideration of us: Products shall in no case be used and must be returned in their original packaging, in the exact condition in which you have received.
Returns Items
Returned as part of a service are reviewed by our technician who will give feedback on the action to be taken to repair or exchange the item in question. In case of absence of problem found costs of forty euros ttc may be charged to you for the time spent, the expenses of return being also at your expense.
Spare parts are not accepted as a return.
Warranty
The material is guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you want to claim warranty on defective hardware, you can either contact the manufacturer directly or contact us to set up arrangements.
Breakage in transit
Our shipments are with insurance. This insurance can only be effective if you refuse the damaged package upon receipt. If you sign and accept the package, responsibility is transferred to you.
