Once your order has been placed, we put the aquarium on a pallet and protect it. It is then entrusted to a specialized carrier who will contact you when the pallet has arrived in your area. You can then agree with him on a delivery appointment in order to be able to organize yourself to receive it.

The aquarium is delivered to the door of your house/building. No carrier offers delivery upstairs or to your living room. It is up to you to organize yourselves for the reception and the installation in your accommodation.
