Under conditions of sufficient nutrient levels, algae biomass can increase fourfold within a mere 24-hour period. Equipped with an air inlet complete with a regulating valve, the Plankton Light Reactor PRO facilitates easy partial extraction of plankton via an attached hose with a regulating valve.

This system accommodates the cultivation of both saltwater and freshwater algae, as well as phytoplankton and zooplankton. For aeration purposes, we recommend employing our Mistral 2000 II air pump or larger variants.
