Not only that, we've also improved the internal lens to make sure you get the best Orphek LEDs!

Besides the new advanced 2021w Model 5 Dual Chip LEDs that all OR3 LED Bars offer, the OR3 LED Blue Sky comes with the previous Specter Orphek Sky Blue IMPROVED to 450 / 470mm LEDs. Two different spectral qualities combined for EXTRA growth and coral pop! So if you liked the old Blue Sky, we're bringing it up again, but this time with the Blue Specter we all love!

Sky Blue is a mixture of two LEDs with markedly different spectral qualities 450nm-470nm These wavelengths are important in photosynthesis of zooxanthellae - chlorophyll a and c2 use blue, while peridin, an accessory pigment, absorbs green light up to about 450 nm. These wavelengths are also far removed from the protective absorption of xanthophyll - a plus for photosynthesis. "
