AQUA mixed bed resin is a high quality and very rich food grade mixed bed resin. It produces purest water with a conductance below 1 μS. The volume share of about 40% cation component to 60% anion component guarantees a constant water treatment over the entire service life. The optimum composition prevents partial or premature failure, especially silicate retention as often observed with unsuitable resins. AQUA mixed bed resin completely removes silicic acid, nitrate, phosphate, salts and heavy metals from the water.

The use of mixed bed resin should be done behind a reverse osmosis system, with very soft water, the tap water can also be cleaned directly. One liter of AQUA mixed resin is sufficient for about 1500 hardness liters.
