Hidden Overflow

The Nyos® OPUS® G2 has an external flow system recessed in the rear glass, which is flush with the rear glass of the aquarium. The absence of a flow obstructing the aquarium creates additional space for aquascaping. The rear window can also be kept clean simply and easily.

THREE SIDES WITH ULTRA-CLEAR GLASS FOR BRILLIANT COLORS

The front window and the two side windows are made of ultra-clear glass. Compared to conventional glass, ultra-clear glass has a much weaker green tint, so the colors of fish and coral appear much richer in contrast and more vivid.

CLEAR GLASS EDGES

To distract from the reef experience as little as possible, only transparent silicone is used in the main aquarium.

DEEP BLUE LACQUERED REAR WINDOW FOR A REALISTIC DEPTH EFFECT

The rear glass of the aquarium is painted in a very dark, precisely coordinated shade of blue. When the aquarium light is turned on, it creates the perfect illusion of a realistic underwater world with depth effect.

PERFECT AQUASCAPING MASS THANKS TO EXTRA DEPTH

In reef aquariums, depth is especially important for successful reef building. The Nyos® OPUS® G2 is therefore equipped with an extra depth that allows spectacular reef constructions to be carried out.

The Nyos OPUS® G2 is available with the Pro-Line or Slim-Line base cabinet

The two models of low cabinets are characterized by the following elements:

ROBUST DESIGN

Both base units are made of moisture-resistant base panels in accordance with EN 312. Thanks to a durable melamine resin coating, the surfaces are extremely scratch and impact resistant. Additionally, the base units are lined with waterproof foam.

SUSTAINABLE AND RESOURCE-EFFICIENT

The wood used in the Nyos® OPUS® G2 base units comes from legal sources verified according to ISO 38200 and is manufactured in FSC® certified factories. The legal limits for formaldehyde emissions are considerably reduced. All basic units consist of 30% recycled materials and 45% co-products (residual wood from the sawmill industry). This results in a low CO2 footprint.

COMFORTABLE WITH GREATER HEIGHT

The Nyos® OPUS® G2 base units have a higher overall height than the first generation, which makes working in the base unit more comfortable. The doors can be opened comfortably thanks to the recessed "push-to-open" system.

AESTHETICS AND DESIGN

In the Nyos® OPUS® G2 base units, we have paid particular attention to functional and aesthetic design. The surfaces are coated with a melamine resin and exhibit a timeless elegance and simplicity.

AVAILABLE IN TWO ATTRACTIVE COLORS

In addition to the timeless white, both types of base units are also available in modern basalt grey. Both colors are characterized by a matte finish.
