This additive is designed to make adjustments to magnesium levels in the reef aquarium, providing this element in a balanced form along with calcium and carbonates available within our Xepta Reef Balance additive range.
Xepta MG+ contains magnesium salts. To use, add 5g of Xepta MG+ to increase the magnesium content by 6 ppm in 100 liters of aquarium water. You can add it directly to an area with strong water flow or dilute the content in osmotic water.
For preparation, dissolve 5g of Xepta MG+ in 5 liters of osmotic water until the solution becomes completely clear and transparent. This exothermic reaction generates heat, so it is normal for the container to warm up. Once the 5-liter solution is ready, adding 10 ml of it will increase the magnesium content by 2 ppm per 100 liters of aquarium water.
